I would appreciate some help, please!
A friend has been sending me a series of photographs and short video clips and right up until now I have had no problem opening them. I open the photographs using Corel Snapfire and the video using Windows Media Maker However, yesterday, for the first time I was unable to open some standard photos in Corel, the error message says ‘scanned imaged contains an invalid path’ and the video error message says ‘…was created by a version of Windows Movie Maker that is not supported’.
I didn’t have Windows Movie Maker so I downloaded it. Still no good!
My friend has not changed the format of any of his documents.
Any ideas, please?
