cant access internet

my lap top is connected to the internet via a wireless connection supplied by a Orange bright box.
The connection on the lap tap is good? but when I try to connect it comes up with NO DATA RECEIVED unable to load the web page because the server sent no data ?

Any body got any ideas how I can sort this out/

bring up a command prompt start button in the search dialog type cmd.

type tracert www.microsoft.com

press enter, what happens?
