my boiler is showing f22 and 0.2 bar, i opened up the cupboard under it to repressurise but i cant find the filling loop. ive checked there, the cupboard under it, and even followed the cold water tap all the way to the stopcock.

theres a braided cord sitting on top of the pipes not attached to anything, and there are two black taps where i would expect them to be but they arent attached to anything.

i have poor vision so i thought i was just missing it, but ive literally run over the entire pipe with my hands and not found a tap.

help?

1. Needs a flexible hose connector between the two "chrome" caps with black plastic ties.
2. May be lying about close to boiler, if not you'll have to get a new one.
3. Close the valves with black plastic handles just behind the chrome caps. Remove the chrome caps, connect the hose.
4. Open both valves, re-pressurise to about 1.4 bar. Close both valves. Remove hose and replace caps.
5. It is actually in line with regulations to remove this hose, although its hardly ever done.

The silver coloured braided hose in your picture ,under the boiler, is what you connect to the two filling loop valves . As above ,you need to remove the chrome caps first.
