cant get radiator hot

high one of my rads would not get hot so closed all the rest and it still won't get hot.
took the top off the therm valve and can pull the pin straight out but still does not heat up the rad can someone please help

Blocked pipework or airlocked. Have you bled the rad?

So if the valves are working and open then you have a blocked pipe or the rad is airlocked......
