Can't increase boiler pressure

I have an Ideal Vogue Max Combi 40 boiler. I have taken an upstairs radiator off for decorating and have refitted. Turned the water back on to the radiator and opened the bleed valve. After few minutes I had to repressurise the boiler so I opened to 2 taps and could hear the water filling albeit a lot slower than when I have had to refill previously, probably took 2 minutes to reach 1 bar. I then finished filling the radiator without a problem and checked the water pressure again which maintained 1 bar. The green line is at 2 bar so I tried to repressurise but it got to about 1.2 bar and then completely stopped, with both taps open there is no water flow. Is there anything obvious that I'm missing? Is there any basic fault finding I can do or do I need an engineer?

No need to add any more pressure to the boiler than 1.2 bar.

There is no pressure limiter on the integrated Vogue's loop as far as I remember so it may just have reached the max pressure of the mains water.

Thanks Rob, I'll leave it for now and perhaps mention the slow filling at the next service then.
