I have a Baxi combi boiler. The control knob only has 3 positions. Off On Reset which means boiler is either on or off. During summer I want hot water available and CH off. Is there a way to have this ?

I assume there is a separate thermostat for the central heating. If there is just turn this down and the heating won't come on.
That Danfoss device is the central heating thermostat and programmer.
You can either press the down arrow so the temperature display gets lower, or read the instructions for the thermostat and learn how to turn the heating off until the autumn!
