Can't turn hot tap all the way on, no water coming out...

Well, could be talking to myself but I just put more pressure into the boiler and I think the tap situation has improved. Maybe that was the problem all along? Could that be the case?
 
nope nothing to do with you topping up the boiler, dave told you what the prob was & how to fix it on page 1
