Arghh................

I've spent an hour reading over and over again the instructions. There no good to any body..

I am trying to fit a GU10 downlight that I got from TLC. The sheets of paper, sorry manual is useless to me without a picture. I just cannot understand it...

Can anyone offer me a picture or better explaination.

All i know is that I have 2 clips, and either side of the downlight is a H cutout.... I think the clips rings are somehow secured to this H shape

Don't worry about the above...... I think my problem is that I am replacing with the wrong type.

The exisitng cutout is 80mm, and a 12v adjustable is what I am replacing. I purchased some economy 240v GU10. They only require a very small hole....

I have to get these done today, anyone know if WIKES or similar sell a fair price 240v GU10 that will fit an existing 80mm hole ?
