Capping disused chimney

Hi everyone,

I am looking to cap an old disused chimney to prevent drafts and the howl of a windy day.

The problem is the chimney is a louvre design with gaps around the sides so I assume the many caps I have seen advertised only work with solid chimneys.

Any ideas on how to cap mine?
