Car not going into reverse easy

Sometimes its very hard to get my car in reverse , could this be a big problem ? I am going to check the Gearbox oil level on the weekend . Its a Hyundia R-reg . Any help and info will be good .

Sounds very much like you need your gear linkages adjusting, It is a good idea to check your gearbox oil level and give it a quick onceover for leaks. If its all nice and dry and the level is spot on then i would be confident it is the linkages.
