I have a 600W nikkia power invertor that I used in an old car. I am now looking to rewire it into my current car but have lost the instructions.

Can anyone help.
I do know that it has to be hard wired and cannot run off the cigarette lighter.
Terminals on the invertor are + - and an earth. Am I correct in the following assumption,
+ wired to the + battery terminal.
- wired to either the - terminal or the cars earth.
Earth wired to the bear metal on the bodywork.

Wire from memory needs to be 60amps - is this correct also.

Look forward to anyones help on this one.

thats correct + is live - is earth hard wire to battery if poss

600 watts is 12 volts, 50 Amps. Allow a bit to allow for the converter's efficiency, and 60 Amps sounds about right.

Bear in mind that not all cars route the negative through the bodywork..
