hi........ I posted a topic a week ago about airbag warning light on dashboard on my peugeot 206........ I have since been told it is the " level action activation trigger " and is located somewere under the bonnet. I can't afford to remorgage my house and send it to an auto electricians, anyone any ideas where to look and what to look for ?

i used to work for peugeot, and i know we had a huge problem with the seat belt pretension wires under the seats, if you look uder both front seats you should find orange connectors one under each seat, with two wires in each connector, peugoet used to advise us to replace these looms meaning 6hrs labour, a huge cost, but a quick cheap fix was to relace the connectors with the red bullet type connectors, not the inline type as you may need to disconnect if you have to take the seat out, i`d try this first as this is very possible, who told you that it was the level action activation trigger?????
