Caravan site electric hook up question

Is this against the regs? Basically can you have one post with a water tap installed half way up and a 4 way electric hook up box installed at the top? Ie water and electric on the same post.

There is no reason why not, the water is below the electricity and as long as both are adequately protected there should be no problem.

I don't think it will be against the regs as such, it isn't very sensible having to fight around electrical leads to get to a tap tho.

Standard set-up in most the marinas I have visited I think the towers are bought ready made.

Many of the modern hookup bollards incorporate taps these days...

These are very common, but there are even posher ones these days.
