Cardale Thermaglide garage door Motor Thermal Trip help

My Thermaglide roller garage door has developed a fault with the motor. I have found the Fault finding guide online and the LED flash sequence indicates the Motor Thermal Trip.

The advice in the guide just says wait 20 minutes, but this is happening more and more.

I presume a new motor is required.

Any help or ideas anyone? Where would i get a new motor as an online search is not showing much
