Hi,
I am looking to carpet tile the loft to make it a usable space. I was told by a fitter than i don't have enough clearance to get a carpet roll through - hence wanting to get it tiled.
My dilemma is whether to buy Milliken tiles for extra softness and more expense or to buy normal carpet files and then lay underlay first, stapled onto the boards and then glue each tile to the underlay. The second option involves more work but would cost alot less than going the Milliken route.
Any experience or advice?
Thanks in advance.
