Casement window weather stripping needed as hinges

I need to replace the weather stripping for my casement windows they are twenty years old and I can not find the place to purchase the material. I did not want to use the standard foam tape but may have too...will it work OK?
Also see the pic's below as I need a couple of the sash latches as well and can not locate them either., Thank you

Sorry, I didn't notice you were in the states. Home depot do a draft proofing seal but other than that.........
