can anyone point me to a diagram/guide of the design principles/current regs to be applied to the drainage for a new bathroom. The neighbour has already made the same modification in their house, their plans show AAVs and boxed in pipes to the corner of the room, seems like overkill. We're both in a semi, shared pipe out to the road, they're in the house furthest from the road.
