Hi
Can any of you tech guys help me with a problem on the above system?

I have installed the system and wired it up as a double pole set up as per the manual
the problem is that i cant for the life in me find any of the zones to program when i try and do a walk through test it doesn't show any of the pir's/door contacts in that test?

I have checked and double checked my wiring and its all fine there is power to the pirs and i have removed the link in the panel for double pole connections as per the manual.

The only thing i can think of is that its a programming issue on my part (the instructions are a bit sketchy to say the least)this is the 1st one of these ive installed and its a bit of a pain in the back side as a half day job is taken up 2 days now.

Thanks

Ok , have you put them in ABCD and have you followed the wiring chart for double pole ? As it's different ( better to stick the sticker supplied on the pcb ) does the alarm set ?

the alarm will only set in B ? yes i have assigned the zones to the relevant abcd settings in the attributes setting i have programmed as follows zone 1 is tamper 2 final door/ exit and (main door contact) 3 intruder (lounge pir) 4 intruder (kitchen pir) 5 intruder (landing) 6 intruder (back door)
does this look ok?

There is a pair of pins on the PCB labelled "remove for DP" underneath or something like that. Have you removed the jumper off these pins?

Also what does it say in Diagnostics mode?

yeah i have removed the jumper pin will check the diagnostic mode and come back to you

in diagnostic mode on the input menu that all my zones are set to c and the unused zones are set to 0

Have you got A set to final door ? If so it has to see a final door opening and closing to set , this is in exit modes

nice one thats sorted it.
what setting does the landing have to set to for going to bed?
