I picked up a virus and ran my anti virus programmes. I have superantispyware and malwarebytes. viruses supposedly removed but upon rebooting got a message "catalyst control centre, host application has stopped working" and several of my programmes are missing.
Does anyone have an answer please?

Catalyst control centre is an application used by the ATI graphics card. It's a 3d acceleration suite to allow you better control over the graphics capabilities of the graphics card. Here's a link for you.
