Caulk / painters mate help needed

Hi
I seem to be getting major problems with hair line
Cracks in my caulking runs i have been using geocell
Painters mate so silicone free . It happens when emulsion
Touches it , i have tried unibind over it under it prior to
Aplication of the caulk i have even tried oil based paint over
It first then applying emulsion over it after but this has not
Helped either im at a dead end
Any views on this crap assed problem im having

Its a common problem that most brands have but i find the geocel just about the worst.

But to prevent cracking i run over the dry caulk with some gardz and it works fine, only thing is you have to give it a couple of hours before painting

Just found some polycell stain block will this work
Sorry trying to get it done today so i can emulsion tomorrow

Its worked as you sugested the 125 contact caulk is good
Smooths out very well i then put some polycell stain block
Over the caulk after 2 hoursish and job done no cracks as yet

And dont use PVA near any emulsion paint !!!!!!
