Our local council have just said that stone wall cavity insulation is now available and can be claimed under a grant (apprently in conjuction with Dyson and Scottish Power)

I've now also had another insulation company sales guy out trying to flog me stone wall cavity insulation.

In the past, they said it couldn't be done.

I'm all up for making the house warmer and better protected from the cold, but can someone guide/advise me on the above.

Dyson are offering Technitherm PUR foam cavity which I don't know much about.

Is this the same method of drilling holes in the wall?

The other company was Miller Pattinson offering free cavity wall and loft insulation if I had benifits.

Thanks
