We're moving shortly and as a stop-gap solution I'm proposing to construct a shed-like contraption on the side of the house, until we can get a proper extension built (2-3 years time probably)
The external wall of the house will therefore essentially be internal (assuming I insulate the other three walls and the roof). I'm not proposing to alter the floor at all, nor to create any openings in the wall.
Would cavity trays still be required above the roofline at this stage, or given that I won't be blocking the weep holes will it be ok?
Thanks
