Hey guys,

A little bit concerned about one of my walls. See pics.
The wall was like this when we moved in and ripped down the units that were there, that was over 2 years ago, and I don't think the gaps got any bigger- but I haven't been watching it that closely.
I've become a bit more concerned now, as the wall that runs 90° to it is one that we want to take down, and wondering if it's actually holding it up!

Could this be from the original movement when it was built (1930's) or should I be getting this looked at? If so, what trade? (Builder, roofer, SE..)

Cheers.

Some of the crack in the corner looks historic, though the crack underneath the edge of the coving, looks recent.

Both common. The vertical wall crack is typical of internal and external wall connections, and the coving crack is shrinkage in the ceiling plaster

Thanks guys. Put my mind at rest on that one.
Should I point it out to my SE anyway or is that something he'll look at anyway?

Cheers
