Hey guys,
A little bit concerned about one of my walls. See pics.
The wall was like this when we moved in and ripped down the units that were there, that was over 2 years ago, and I don't think the gaps got any bigger- but I haven't been watching it that closely.
I've become a bit more concerned now, as the wall that runs 90° to it is one that we want to take down, and wondering if it's actually holding it up!
Could this be from the original movement when it was built (1930's) or should I be getting this looked at? If so, what trade? (Builder, roofer, SE..)
Cheers.
