Digital currency is going to happen. I’m just looking for positives and wondering why a 5k limit.

It says in the article it is to avoid panic a run on the banks. The worry perhaps is that electronic funds can be removed quickly which could cause a problem with a number of large balances. Not really sure what the difference is with normal funds which can also be transferred remotely.
