CCTV balun with phono socket

Most cheap/small cameras come with a fixed lead with a phono plug on it. Most baluns come with BNC sockets.

I'm looking for a small balun with a phono socket on it, and screw term for the twisted pair so I don't have to use BNC-phono adapter within an enclosure which doesn't have much room.

Cheap would be good to. It's for running CCTV over about 10 metres of CW1308 on a door entry system.

as in this on ebay 130729611666 but it may be cheaper buying a pig tail balun cutting off the bnc and fitting a phono.

That's the sort of thing, but it's got a 8p8c connector not screws for twisted pair.

That's not the sort of price I wanted to pay however ;-(
