CDA 6V6 Oven

Hi, hoping someone can advise please.
when I switch the oven on, the display comes on but before I can select a program, it shuts off and starts beeping. The clock also resets to 12.00. I think one of the elements is not working well but has been like that for month. Thinking it might be PCB but hoping it might be a TCO
