Do you mean can you fit a spot bar with 6 spots to where there used to be a single fitting? if so, the answer is yes. If not, then you might need to be a bit more descriptive

Well generally brown is live, so no, you would not put it in the neutral block!
It depends how it was wired before. One or both of the browns may be permanent live, or switched live.

Sorry not brown wires they are black just my eyesight sorry
Again, one could be neutral, one could be switched live. It depends how it's wired and how it was connected before. Just because the cable is black, doesn't mean it's neutral
