Ceiling paint reacting when painting walls with Matt emulsion.

Hi, The plaster on my ceiling started showing whilst I was spray painting the walls Matt. Any idea how to rectify this? I have tried Zinsser primer with no success. Attached pictures. Thanks

Looks like bare plaster on the ceiling to me.

Which Zinsser primer did you use?

As per @Wayners ' post it looks like your ceiling has been patched in.

If so, how did you notice that previously?
