Hi all I'm new here and looking for some advice.
I'm converting a cellar into a habitable space and looking for a window ( probably top hung velux) minimum clear opening of 450mm x 750mm to meet regs. My question is can the opening be part above and part below ground level? I have some foundations about 2ft down on the outside which is underpinning the 12" solid wall, which I don't want to disturb for obvious reasons. Any help much appreciated
