Central heating boiler in bathroom

I am about to replace my central heating boiler. It is a combi boiler and I would like to site it in the en-suite bathroom. Is this possible or is it against building regs, even if it is in zone 3?

usually needs to be in a compartment with the fused spur outside the room

may /may not need ventilation

compartment should only be acessible with a tool

ie key /screwdriver etc
