Have a Potterton Profile and Switchmaster 850. Since trying to use heating as well has hot water a few weeks ago, the water stops heating and the heating comes on when I press water constant. Previously after alot of switching on and off the water heated so long as I didnt turn the heating on, but as soon as I turned the heating on using heating constant the same problem occurred. There seems to be nothing I can do now to get the water to heat. Does anyone know what is causing the problem, whether there is anything I can do, and if applicable, the costs of remedying the problem. Thanks for your help.
