Central heating pipes in stud walls

Hi all going in install a couple of rads in 100mm stud walls, should i cover the plastic pipe with any thing so it can be indentified with a detector,

It's probably best practice to wrap the pipes with foil, the major house builder insurance companies are now insisting it is done AFAIK.

I thought i should do that, i have the foil tape ready was just checking, that it was the right thing to do, as they are in between a small stud wall,
