Hi i have a vaillnt eco tec pro 28 about 6 years old in ch mode pressure loss through prv also problem with system pressue if it falls below 1.3 bar boiler cuts out

If water is escaping out if the PRV whilst boiler is fired up then I would be checking the expansion vessel. If you're someone that knows your way round a bag of tools then you could probably recharge it yourself, otherwise you should call an engineer. If it is only a recharge that it needs as opposed to having a split diaphragm then it shouldn't cost more than £80 + vat. At least that's what I charge to re-pressurise a vessel on that boiler. It should only take a second or two to determine whether you need a new vessel or not.
