Central heating pressure slowly dropping could this be a possible leak

Hi
I have replaced hot water cylinder as coil was leaking into tank and causing fairly rapid pressure loss but still have a Pressure drop Of 0.1 bar over 2 days. Could the green on pipes indicate a leak in concrete screed? Thanks for any replies. View attachment 200787 View attachment 200788
