central heating pressure

We had an excalibur combi boiler fitted about a year ago, when fitted the pressure guage would not rise even when radiators are full, have renewed pressure guage, flushed system and still no reading.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If you unscrew the PG does water come out?!
Not heard of excalibur. Any idea who makes it?

Water does come out of pg, but dont know who makes it.
