I am trying to wire in a replacement thermostat,the old one was wired as follows;

Red to 1
Yellow to 3
Blue to 4

My new thermostats wiring diagram is slightly different showing four terminals being used (I think)?

Any help would be appreciated

It's not easy to read the new? One on the right.

But red to 1
And yellow to 3

From what I can see

MK Electric is just rebadged honeywell.

So do what AndyPRK said. The remaining wire, neutral, should go to 2

However, IIRC the T6360A thermostat doesn't have the anticipator heater that your old one had, which means the neutral is redundant. Connect it anyway, it's the safest place.

Your new thermostat, if my memory is correct and it doesn't have that anticipator, is inferior to your old stat; it might not matter but you may find that your heating overshoots (i.e. when warming up, goes way past the set temperature before cooling naturally back to the set temperature).

Does it have a neon light on it? All the neon models have an anticipator.
