Central Heating Wiring Training

Hi everyone,

I am new to the site and can see there is a vast amount of knowledge that could help me

. I am an electrical apprentice in my third year now and am just learning central heating wiring. I have been shown how to connect the various components but do not really understand the logic behind it.

Is there any courses that anyone knows i can go on to develop a greater understanding so i can then connect the central heating up without having to use a piece of paper to help me along...
