hi need help drilled hole in wall for a curtian pole and hit a central heating pipe but some one said that the pipes should of been in the corner of the room not going up wall about 6" past window is this true or not thanks :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:

A load of old tosh!

Common sense usually prevails in these situations but so does convenience or the lack of alternative places to do a pipe drop.
