I have noise in my central heating system. It is a rapid metalic dugga dugga dugga sound around the area of the pump. It make this sound all the time the heating is on. This is not just the pipes expanding and contracting. Is there anybody that can help. Thanks

You can put an adative in the system something like fernox noise reduction ain't bad.

I'm gonna get linched for this (trade secret) but put some of this stuff in the header tank and the noise will be gone in an instant.

thanks all. I have turned down the speed and it seems to have cured the problem. The noise appears at speed 2, but not at speed 1 or 3 can changing the speed cause any other problems.
