I haven a problem with one of my radiators, it is not getting hot, the thermostatic control appears to be OK and the rad is full of water, any suggestions?
I turned down all of the other radiators, and it immediately became hot, I am now monitoring it to see if it continues to work after switching the others back on.

1. someones turned the lockshield down
2. it's collected a lot of air and needs a big bleed
3. the plunger on the trv angle valve is stuck down and is therefore locked shut regardless of whether the head is working ok

eliminate those 3 and come back with a full description of your system if it still is not working.

good luck :)
