Centralec Central storage heaters?

Neighbour has one of these still fitted and must be about 45 years old.

I think they were supplied by Electricity Boards!

They are presumably a rebadged product.

Does anyone know the underlying make and model?

Particularly if spare elements are still available?

If it is that old it may contain asbestos, there is a database somewhere on tinternet with models that are affected
