CERAMIC FLOOR TILES ON TOP OF CERAMIC FLOOR TILES
I AM LAYING THE ABOVE AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT OTHER THAN A SPECIAL GLUE ONE NEEDS TO ADD ANOTHER LAYER IN BETWEEN THE TWO, LIKE UNDERLAY. HAS ANYONE HAD EXPERIENCE? The origianl floor is concrete.

Tiling straight onto existing floor tiles is fine. As long as you bear in mind the extra height of the floor will probably mean that doors need the bottom trimming.

Does this mean no underlay, I need to just go ahead and glue and stick?

That's right, no underlay. Just use a powdered adhesive and a powdered grout (i.e. not premixed).
