Hi
I hope to soon replace my laminate downstairs (living room, back room and hall) with ceramic tiles, also need to replace a couple of joists in my hall to either way my laminate is coming up, plus the lifespan of ceramic tiles to laminate is huge
Q. Can you lay ceramic tiles straight over laminate, what if there is very minute amount of movement in my floorboards would this affect any joins in the tiles?
If this is not possible, what preparation do I need to do to the floorboards to be able to lay tiles
Thanks
