Certificate of Lawful Development

If we are doing an extension plus altering an existing part of our building as well can we apply for 1 x Lawful Development Certificate to cover both these pieces of work (which would be carried out at the same time)?

That is, we describe our Class A (new extension) and Class B (alteration of the roof to an existing build) changes in one application.

EDIT: Alteration made to roof I think should be Class B and not Class C as originally mentioned.
