Simply replace the head of the offending valve. Motor not accessible. Ensure the spindle moves freely as these are prone to seizing/sticking.

I've had it off. The valve moves freely. I've ordered a new actuator. Should be here tomorrow. I'll let you know how I get on.
Just a quick update to say thanks for all the help. Actuator replaced and problem solved. I should have read the FAQ's first, I didn't notice them when I first logged on.
