When installing a new CH systems in existing flats, what do the regs say about pipe insulation.

I couldn't exactly tell you but if it says something other than:

"Only lag CH pipes in roof cavities, cold/external/lean-to rooms or cavity floors with a draught"

I have never seen CH/hot water systems insulated in flats. But come across many hot cupboards.
