This is an interesting one because last year I spent a lot of time insulating the whole heating circuit and also DHW pipes. I figured it was better to deliver the heat as much as possible where it was needed.
Maybe it was a waste of time and money, but I could tell the rads were definately hotter. For the DHW it was a no brainer as it must be better to conserve as much heat as poss until it comes out of the taps/shower/bath.
Are there any cons to me having done this you can think of?
