Chaffoteaux 30FF boiler problem

The 6 temp lights on my boiler (Chaffoteaux 30FF)are flashing and the boiler has tripped out,I can reset the boiler and it will go for a few days OK then it happens again. I have noticed that the fan switches off at the same time as the flame, not sure but i think the fan usdto stay on for 20 secs or so after the flame went out, could this be the problem? :cry:
 
how long should the fan stay on after the boiler is up to temp and he gas goes off? :cry:
 
You need to check what the flashing lights indicate. The manual should help.
 
there are 6 lamps flashing and it only goes upto 5 lamps flashing in the book, been on to the mamufactures and they say that they have not had 6 lamps flashing before.
