Chaffoteaux unvented storage cylinder replacement

Hi

I have a chaffoteaux et maury duo 200 unvented cylinder which I am looking to replace. It is about 12 years old and a few of my neighbours have had theirs replaced as they are starting to leak.

As a preventative measure, what should I be looking at as a direct replacement. I have asked a few local plumbers to have a look but seem to have limited response.

BG are due to come round in a few weeks but would rather use a local firm than a national monopoly!

Wouldnt panic just because your neighbours cylinders have leaks, have they had any work done in the past/where are they leaking from ?
Could be faulse economy looking to change a cylinder thats ok at present.
